Setup fee: The standard setup fee is $200 + GST and covers onboarding, AI agent configuration, custom greeting, business knowledge setup, call handling rules, SMS/email summary setup, dashboard setup, test calls and go-live preparation. The setup fee may be waived or discounted under an approved promotion or written offer from Kaelo Agents.
Monthly billing: Monthly plans start from your go-live date and are billed monthly in advance.
Overage: Additional AI call minutes are billed after the monthly billing period at the rate for your selected plan: Starter $0.69/min + GST, Growth $0.59/min + GST, Pro $0.49/min + GST.
No lock-in contracts: You can cancel your monthly plan by giving 7 days' written notice.
